London day 4 - round the pool and basin

Tuesday - a day at home to build up strength for more walking!
A swan, a Canada goose and a coot have all created nests for themselves on the island in the middle of Brownings Pool.  The goose is in a hollow at the sharp end of the island, the swan is under the trees and the coot is just a few feet from the swan.  I'm glad I'm not going to be around when the babies come because I've seen how vicious/cruel/murderous swans can be to other birds chicks!
Meanwhile in Paddington Basin ...
What do you think?
 ... artist
... impression.
The building opposite Paddington Station has been demolished and Brunel Building is going up
Early Wednesday morning we left our mooring ...
... passing goose on her 'nest' (dusty hollow)
... under the bridge
... to the CRT services to fill the water tank and get rid of the rubbish
... and back again.
