Cheerio again ...

Sunday 2nd July
Strawberries and Clotted Cream ice cream for dessert
after another scrumptious bbq with Sue and Vic
Monday and we're on the move again, but not very far
... heading upstream once more

... towards Abingdon Lock
Giving Gill a wave.  It's been a long time since we've seen Gill and Geoff but perhaps we'll meet up again soon
Whilst we fill with water and use the services above the lock I watch hotel boat Wessex Rose wind
... and hope that the skip driver doesn't overshoot when he moves off!
Safely moored up again in the lock's weir stream.
We came back on the Thames at Teddington, 85 miles away on April 22nd 2017 so it's taken us just 10 weeks to get this far!

Richard, the lock keeper keeps a tidy garden
Our views ...

Fluffy visitors
Sunset ...
... and dawn at 5am on the Tuesday
Our flower boxes are on the lawn under the tree so that they won't get scorched from the hot boat roof whilst we're away visiting family.

Good grief is it only 85 miles? I have just got to Kingston.
