Staying a bit longer

Still here at Bulbourne and we’ve been in touch with CRT for permission to stay within the area for a bit longer.
After a cold, miserable day yesterday and a cold start this morning the temperature on the roof at lunchtime was 25 degrees … lovely!

We’ve not been idle while waiting either.  I’ve been catching up with the washing after filling up the water tank yesterday
… and George has been busy washing, t/cutting and polishing the whole of Still Rockin'
… which has removed most of the blemishes on the paintwork now that the paint is rock hard … she’s looking good!
A pair of Mallards snoozing in the warm sunshine
And I’ve been busy creating a herb garden for the conservatory (read front cratch)!  There is bay, rosemary, lavender, sage, thyme, chives, parsley and garlic, I just need some oregano now to finish it off.  I’m very pleased with it.

Off to see the ophthalmologist tomorrow, where we hope to hear some good news about Molly’s eyes as the drops we’re using seem to be doing the trick.  Fingers crossed!
