Sunday morning we upped sticks from Windsor intending to pick up water but just as we were about to pull over to the water point this trip boat pulled in and not even for water!!
So we called in to top up the tanks at Boveney Lock where the same boat caught us up and we had to wait for our turn to ascend ...
Once this lovely steam boat exited the lock we followed the trip boat in, our destination is not far above the lock ...
... and there are some wonderful houses on the way.
There they are, we’re back at Dorney but in a slightly different mooring ...
... opposite this spectacular building. I’ve tried to find out who lives here or why it’s special because the trip boats stop outside but we couldn’t hear the commentary ... there must be someone out there who knows ... please?
We spent a very pleasant Sunday afternoon having dinner onboard No Problem with Sue and Vic - another grand meal, thanks Vic.
And in the evening just after sunset ...
