Build days 138-148

Apologies for the lack of updates on the build of Still Rockin’ - our allocation of monthly data has depleted earlier than usual this month and I’m hoping that the 1gig I’ve got left will suffice this posting!
We now have ...

 Canopies ...

Kitchen worktops and a sink ...
... oven housing and a bulkhead between the kitchen and lounge ...

... visitors, son Mark and grand kids (in every respect) Lucy and Ed!
The kitchen units now have doors ...
... and the outer doors now have locks ...

... the 6 x 2volt traction batteries (945 Ahrs) are neatly housed in their own metal box ...
... we have steps now instead of a ladder ...
... and we have radiators plumbed in.

We have some of the electrical sockets wired in ...

... and the plumbing to the shower has been installed ...

... and last but not least, we have a water pump and accumulator and a tap to the kitchen sink.
Brilliant progress in fact!

Hi Carol, I can't believe how it's all coming along, it looks wonderful! It looks bigger than it did when it was empty, and everything looks really well done, love the kitchen fronts. The photo of George, Mark and the kids is great, Ed is growing, soon be taller than Mark!! Hope you are all well, I have your copy of Emma's book and will get it to you soon. Love you all, big hugs, Sandra. xxxxx

Happy Anniversary Sandra! and thanks for the comments. Yes Ed is now as tall as George and therefore taller than me - and doesn’t he like to keep telling us!! Must meet up soon - you could come down for the day perhaps??? Love as ever. xx

HI there, thanks for the info, I’ve made a not on the calendar of those dates and will send a text or ring if we can sort something. It looks like we’ll meet up anyway as we’re hoping to launch at Braunston in 4/5 weeks and then head down the GU onto the Thames. Stay well and see you soon. xx
