Next stop ... Marlow

8:30 Tuesday (27th) and we're ready to pull the pins and be on our way again ...
leaving the longterm moorers at Medmenham Meadow ...
... passing Medmenham Abby which is currently getting a lick of white paint ...
we're soon approaching Danesfield House high on the hill ...
 through Hurley Lock ...
 and passing Harleyford Manor.
Five minutes later we're through Temple Lock where ...
as I walk through Still Rockin' notice that it's getting a bit warm outside!

I bet this land will sell for a pretty penny!

Newbie boaters having training at Bisham Abby
It becomes busier as we approach the moorings in Marlow

I think we'll just about fit in that space ...

Safely moored up with

         good views all round ...
and that's us for the weekend.

Is that a knitted cover for your tunnel lamp in one of your photos?

It is a knitted cover Pip but it's not on our tunnel lamp. We have our anchor stood in the front of the bow and the cover covers the top end of it ... my sister knitted the cover and the two flowers sewn on each side to pretty it up!

One of the nicest views in the country there.
