If you're a regular visitor to the blog you may have seen a recent post showing George doing some carpentry.
When living in a small space, storage is most important and if you can up-cycle any containers and make them serve more than one purpose that's a bonus.
The rectangular pieces that he cut became a box to tidy up the various mooring pins and hammer that we need to keep in the bow area and the round discs have become table tops or extra seating on what is actually the bin that we keep coal in during the winter months and a no longer used plant pot that was previously holding the mooring pins.
... and they look just perfect!
I think the man did well!
