We never have to do our own locks over here!Vallypeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08309284606572565277noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5196100398580522186.post-76670445935791934932016-07-20T11:43:03.116+01:002016-07-20T11:43:03.116+01:00Interesting article Sue! A deep terrace/drop is put into the land like an ‘L’ shape and it’s called a ha-ha. The story goes that it was called that in times of outlaws as it made it difficult for them to reach the property or if the outlaws were running away they’d not see that the land drops away and the owner would laugh when they fell - hence ha-ha! Not sure how true that is though!Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18155792486454776550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5196100398580522186.post-20904594934317573532016-07-19T23:27:05.551+01:002016-07-19T23:27:05.551+01:00Yes, that's the fella Carol and the pic you ha...Yes, that's the fella Carol and the pic you have is Culham Court which he bought for £35million in 2007.
